Expanding the Learning Boundaries and
Building Confidence in Children with Dyslexia
If you have kids who are struggling with dyslexia, the greatest gift you can give them is the sense that nothing is unattainable. With dyslexia comes a very great gift, which is the way that your mind can think creatively.

One on One Tutoring
The Barton System of Reading and Spelling is a Proven Teaching Method that Leads to Learning Success
One-on-one tutoring is the best. That’s because no two students with dyslexia learn at exactly the same pace. When tutoring one-on-one, a tutor can present the material at exactly the right pace for each student.
Vastly Improve Reading, Writing and Spelling
The Barton System of Reading and Spelling utilizes the proven scientific Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Method for teaching the phonemic structure of our written language to people with dyslexia.
The Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Method is different from other reading methods in two ways:
Confidence in the Classroom
Confidence (n.) a feeling of self assurance.
Self-assurance is a feeling—not a skill—that is necessary for, and a consequence of, academic and social success.
How do I know if my child has dyslexia?
Sherry Wootan
Dyslexia is a different brain organization that needs different teaching methods. It is never the fault of the child, but rather the responsibility of us who teach to find methods that work for that child.
